APPLICATIONS
Our Drug Delivery Technologies, applied as a single technology or combined made it possible to, develop a range proprietary drug product with improved compliance.
Either as repurposed classic generic drugs or transformed existing drug products into more palatable, and more portable products. In the process creating drug products with an increased shelf-life.
OUR POLICY
Our presented product formulations are all developed based on proprietary ForTe Platform Technologies, and made ready for industrial technology transfer.
Our policy is not to register our proprietary products nor to perform clinical studies but products can be made available for licensing and registration according to local regulatory requirements.
LICENSING
We gladly discuss the following licensing models: Product licensing agreement; comprising a royalty-bearing product(s), indication and sales territory related agreement, excluding finished product supply.
Product licensing agreement; comprising a royalty free product(s), indication and sales territory related agreement including a separate finished product(s) supply agreement.
REGULATORY
All our product files are drafted in English and, although not required in all cases, compiled with sufficient product development data to support eCTD Module 3, Quality for each product. Just let us know if you would require our regulatory support.
ForTe remains owner of the Drug Delivery Technology IP and reserves the rights to license to other parties excluding territories/indications agreed upon with the client.
